I was wondering if you have something about forgiveness, in your blog or in posts, or some reading or exercise related with forgiveness. It is because I realized that forgiveness, for me, it's only a hollow word, something difficult to attain when the size or kind of damage produced is "high" and when the "aggressors" didn't change or take conscience. I feel anger is a feeling in between, that difficult the step to forgiveness, guilt and lack of love or revenge feelings, or pain too. It is too difficult. Can you tell me something or recommend me? I see, on my sittings, feelings like anger, for example, I know why, but I don't know what to do, it's too late for anything related with it, but the feeling is there.

is this feeling useful now? just because you remember what happened with you, this will going to change what you are today? how you can reach here and be what you are, while you were not aware of that?
